Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping

Gibson Ridge Outfitters partners with a trusted third-party fulfillment provider to print, package, and ship your order. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on product availability, production time, and your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

International: 10–21 business days (where available)

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges if they need to be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at gibsonridgeoutfitters@gmail.com. We'll work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
